Alliteration aside, this weekly post will be aimed at giving you some bangin’ tunes to get you in the mood to go out and cause havoc, dance, spit game, or do whatever it is that you do on a Thursday night. EHusky is gonna make a tradition out of this, so get excited.
Raining (PIXL Remix) – Kaskade & Adam K ft. Sunsun – PIXL takes my favorite Kaskade tune, and chops it up into a melodic dubstep anthem. Definitely a direction not yet seen for this song, and a job well done.
Antidote (Sebjak Remix) – Style Of Eye & Magnus The Magnus - Sebastian Jak (aka Sebjak) has been putting out some pretty outrageous remixes recently, and this jam falls nothing short of the aforementioned adjective.
Night Like This (Original Mix) – Trent Cantrelle – Deep house is a style that remains largely unseen on ElectroHusky, but it’s executed quite well by Trent Cantrelle in this case. Posh nightclub, after-hours vibe is most certainly conveyed, and the song takes about 4 and a half minutes to build up, but it’s all worth it in the end.
Icarus Lives! (Zedd Remix) – Periphery – This song is not new by any stretch of the 2012-oriented imagination, but it probably didn’t get all the recognition it deserved. Zedd, as always, produces a legendary throw-down with choppy electronic chords and synths. Little dab ‘o mau5 in this one, too.
